Requirements:

• Advertising banner should have visible borders (enclosed into a frame that does not match the background color of the banner) the background of the banner should not be transparent.
  
• Banners should not distract the user from page content; prolonged and excessively fast change of frames containing massive and bright graphic elements is not allowed.
  
• Banner text must be readable. Text color should not melt into the background. The type must be clear
  
• Advertising should be relevant to the content of the site page to which the link from the banner leads. For example, if an advertisement contains information about a discount, the link should lead to the page of the advertiser's site where this discount is clearly indicated.
• The page to which the advertising link leads should open in the browser correctly and should not contain script or program errors.
